Vacancies on the Board (other than the director designated by the Declarant) caused by reasons other than the removal of a director by a vote of the Association shall be filled by vote of the Unit Owners entitled to vote for the vacancy at a special meeting of the Association held for that purpose. The quorum for that meeting shall be Owners holding 25% of the voting power of the Owners entitled to vote at the meeting. Each person so elected shall be a director until a successor is elected at the next annual meeting of the Association to serve the balance of the unexpired term. [Bylaws, Article 3, Section 3.4]
