Holiday Decorations: From the day after Thanksgiving – Jan 8 only the following decorations will be permitted: small, non-flashing lights on decks and patios. No owner or resident may modify, paint or otherwise decorate, landscape, or in any way alter any portion of the exterior of the building or any portion of any common or limited common area without first obtaining written consent of the Board.
