All leases or rental agreements for units must be provided to the management company and the Building Manager prior to the tenant’s moving in together with name(s), phone numbers, and information regarding the tenant(s). This is important in case of emergency and to provide information regarding rule changes, meetings, etc. (The lease agreements will be kept with the Association records.) Failure to register unit (copy of lease and all contact information) with the management company and Building Manager when a unit is occupied by a tenant, within 30 days of move-in, will result in a fine of $500 charged to the owner’s account and an additional $100 for every month thereafter with no maximum fine.
