3. The Owner of the Unit benefited by the Protected Antenna shall indemnify, defend, and hold the Association and each other Owner harmless from any liability, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with the Protected Antenna, including the cost of repairing any damage to the Building caused by the installation, presence, use, maintenance, repair or replacement of any Protected Antenna. The Protected Antenna shall be deemed to be a part of the Unit served by such Protected Antenna and shall not be deemed a Common Element.
