Only currently licensed, operable motor vehicles may be parked in the parking garage. All motor vehicles owned or operated by a resident must be parked only in the resident’s assigned parking space. Owners and their tenants may not use the Common Element parking spaces in the for-pay public parking garage unless such Owner or tenant pays for use of such space in accordance with the terms of the parking license set forth therein. Vehicles not parked in the resident’s assigned parking space may be towed at the owner’s expense. No trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, camper shells, vehicles weighing over 8,000 pounds gross vehicle weight, etc. are allowed in the parking areas, unless specifically approved by the Board. No vehicle repairs, oil changes or washing may be done in the parking area. Residents shall not park vehicles in any driveway or in front of the garage door. Vehicles not properly parked or not permitted shall be subject to being fined, ticketed and towed at the owner’s risk and expense.
