Except as otherwise provided by the Condominium Act by the Declaration, or by these Bylaws,passage of any matter submitted to vote at a meeting where a quorum is present, shall require theaffirmative vote of at least 51% of the votes present. [Bylaws, Article 2, Section 2.8]
