A special meeting of the Association may be called by the president, by resolution of the Boardor upon the written request of a majority of the Board or upon the written request of Owners having not less than 20% of the votes in the Association not less than 10 nor more than 60 days in advance of themeeting. No business shall be transacted at a special meeting except as stated in the notice giventherefor unless consented to by each of the Owners present either in person or by proxy.
