Any Owner or voting representative may attend any meeting of the Board, but shall not be entitled to participate except with 1he consent of the Board. The Board may, however, go into private, executive session to consider the employment or dismissal of the managing agent or other persons employed by the Association, or to hear complaints or charges brought against such person, unless the person requests a public hearing,n or to discuss with legal counsel litigation in which the Association is or fs likely to become an party if public discussion would adversely affect the interests of the Association in such litigation.n [Bylaws, Article 3, Section 3.13]n
